Hot Folder Service is not starting

• Symptoms 

Once you start the "Seclore Hotfolder Server" service, it shows error

 
"Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

Also from HotFolder interface, you will see cannot start service error if you clicked the green arrow trying to start the service.

• Solution

This happening due to the domain user account used to run the service is not member of local "Administrators" group, so after adding the user, service can start normally.
