3 Fixed the issue where protected files wouldn’t open in native applications in certain rare scenarios.
a. Before the fix:
i. When users try to open a protected file (that is not HTML-wrapped) from OneDrive/SharePoint Online using the Open > Open in app option, the file wouldn’t open in the native application. A buffer page with the option to open the file in the browser would appear.
ii. Furthermore, opening the file would trigger an ‘Auto Save’ event, thereby replacing the content in the protected file with the content in the buffer page.
b. After the fix: The protected content will not be replaced due to the file getting saved automatically.
4. Fixed the issue where Outlook profile manager would shut down unexpectedly.
