1. Fixed the issue where file name would appear incorrectly when opened in Seclore Online in a certain scenario. 

a. Before the fix: After an html-wrapped protected file is renamed, the original file name would appear when opened in Seclore Online.

b. After the fix: This issue is now resolved.

2. Fixed the issue where file names would appear incorrectly in the Activities tab in the Policy Server portal in a certain scenario. 

a. Before the fix: When a renamed Seclore-protected file is accessed, the original file name would get displayed in the File Activities tab in the Policy Server portal.

b. After the fix: This issue is now resolved.
