Policy Server 3.15.2.0

  1. Domain-based access is now available for Email Auto Protector.

    1. When this feature is enabled, permissions will get extended to all users of external domains that are added as recipients (in ‘To’ and ‘cc’ fields) while sending an email.

    2. Global Security Admins and System Admins can enable this feature in the ‘Rule Console’ of their Enterprise Application in the Policy Server portal.

    3. This will help organizations collaborate with partners and vendors seamlessly.

    4. If any external domain is in the ‘deny list’ in the Policy Server portal, the individual recipients will get the permissions; however, permissions won’t get extended to other users of that domain.

  1. The frequency of syncing repositories with Active Directory is now configurable.

  1. Apache Tomcat upgraded to version 9.0.65.

  1. Fixed the issue where administrators were not able to change the ‘Default Owner’ in the Rule Console of Email Auto Protector.

  1. Fixed the issue where System Admins were not able to make edits to repositories that are ‘Not initialized’ after being set up.
