Follow the below steps to change the OpenDS \ OpenDJ administrator password.

1. Go to "<OpenDS-DJ_Installation_path>\bat\control-panel.bat" and run control-panel.bat

2. Provide proper login credentials.

3. Once the Control Panel window is open, double click on “Manage Entries”. This will open a new window.

4. Click on Base DN drop box and select All base DN’s

5. Expand “Config”

6. Expand “Root DNs” and select “Directory Manager”.

7. Right click on “Directory Manager” and click “Reset Password”

8. Enter new password
