Steps to create OpenDJ Group

(Screenshots are for example)

• Launch OpenDJ Server Control panel.

• Run control-panel.bat from the path: <Drive Name>\Seclore\opendj\bat and enter password to launch the panel.
• Expand the Directory Data column. Click on Manage Entries. Locate your mapped repository details. Right-click on the repository and select New Group.

• Click on Static Group > Add Members.

• Search the user applying filter.

• Click on OK

• You will see the added group under the repository. Click on Edit and modify the attributes.

• Change the Structural Object Class to sfsgroupofuniquenames and Add Auxiliary as uidObject. Click OK.

• Add the below information and click on Save Changes.

• Post Group creation, please login to Policy Server Root Portal > Configuration > Repositories > Open the intended Repository and click on Save. This will sync the changes.
• Verify the protected document and access workflow for the added user and confirm if the group can be fetched in the Classification Policy.
