Please follow below instructions to get the Desktop Client logs:


  1. Click on the “Seclore Red lock” in System tray

  1. Click on “Report an issue” will open the following dialog box.

  1. Fill the description of the issue in ‘what went wrong’ prompt box and click on Report it.

  1.  After clicking “Save report” You will be prompted select the desire location to save the report. Select the location and click on save.
