Symptoms & Error: 


Users are unable to open the protected file and below error is displayed:



Solution: 


This error typically arises when the user does not have permission to the "Documents" or "Seclore Files" folder. 

"C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Seclore Files"


User should have read, edit and modify rights on the folder because the HTML wrapped files are mirrored to this location.
