User gets "Invalid Login. Please try again. (-302050)" when trying to log in to Policy Server. 


  • This issue is observed when invalid credentials are entered in the details like username or password or the user account is locked. 
  • Kindly double-check the entered credentials, in case, the credentials are correct kindly connect with your AD team and check if the account has been locked from AD. 
  • If you still are facing the issue, reset the password in AD and validate if you are able to log in using latest credentials.
