Applies to: Seclore for Windows, Seclore lite for MAC

Windows - Please refer below steps to verify if Seclore client is installed on windows system.


  1. Go to System tray >> check if Seclore(Red lock icon) is available as shown below.



  2. Go to Control Panel >> Programs and features >> check if seclore is available in the list of installed application.


MAC - To verify if Seclore client is installed on MAC system refer below steps. 


  1. Open Finder >> select GO from finder menu bar >> Applications >> Verify if Seclore Lite folder is available and Seclore Lite main app is present in the same.
