Symptoms & Error:
User is unable to protect files or send protected emails, after assigning Protector License by System Administrator. Getting below error:
Solution:
- Check and assign license to the user by following below link
https://adoption.seclore.com/help-center/seclore-administrator-portal/managing-licensesgsa
- If the license is already assigned, It is suggested to wait for few hours and try again. In some scenarios, if the user has attempted to protect a file before user was assigned a license, it would take time to reflect the change.
