Symptoms & Error:
User is unable to protect files or send protected emails, after assigning Protector License by System Administrator. Getting below error:
1] User does not have rights to protect the file.
2] License Error - Sorry, you can't use this feature yet, since you don't have a protector license.
Solution:
- Check and assign the license to the user by following the below link. Refer - https://adoption.seclore.com/help-center/seclore-administrator-portal/managing-licensesgsa
- If the license is already assigned, it is suggested to wait for a few hours and try again. In some scenarios, if the user has attempted to protect a file before the user was assigned a license, it would take time to reflect the change.
